Expressive Arts: Art and Music
Some feelings are hard to put into words, especially for teens who are still building the language to describe what is happening inside them. In our expressive arts groups, youth use art and music to work through thoughts, feelings, and needs that talk therapy alone does not always reach. Sessions are structured and clinically guided, with materials and prompts adapted for a wide range of communication and sensory needs. The goal is not a finished product. It is giving every teen a way to be understood.
