Who We Treat

TWO DISTINCT AGE GROUPS:

TEENS (ages 12-17)

Wayfinder Health has programs made just for teens ages 12–17 who need more than one therapy session a week, but don't need to stay overnight at a facility. And if your teen also has an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD) — we've got you covered too. We're one of the few programs that specializes in supporting both. Sound like your family? We may be a great fit if your teen is dealing with:

  • Anxiety or depression that's getting in the way of everyday life
  • Trauma or painful experiences from the past
  • Thoughts of self-harm or suicide
  • Big emotional outbursts or conflict with family and friends
  • Trouble at school — or avoiding school altogether
  • Bullying or struggles with gender identity
  • A developmental or intellectual disability that's making things harder

SENIORS 65+

We also have programs for seniors 65+ who need in-home occupational or physical therapy due to an injury, disability, health condition or other challenge. We may be a great fit if you or your loved one are dealing with:

  • Having trouble with everyday tasks like getting dressed, cooking, or bathing safely
  • Recovering from a fall, surgery, or a hospital stay
  • Living with arthritis, chronic illness, or frailty that's limiting independence
  • Showing signs of memory changes or cognitive decline
  • Pulling back from socializing due to hearing loss, low confidence, or depression
  • At risk of falling — or looking to prevent one before it happens
  • Wanting to keep living at home safely and on their own terms
