Family Therapy

Treatment doesn't stop with the teen. Parents and guardians join sessions as part of the treatment plan because progress tends to stick better when the whole family is working from the same playbook. It's a space to rebuild communication, work through conflict, and get coaching on how to support your teen at home.

Group Therapy

Group sessions using real, proven methods like CBT and DBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to help teens understand their feelings and change unhelpful patterns (individual and family sessions as needed).
